On March 30, 2026, a special 5th-anniversary fashion show for “Sumizome Artisan Miyuki -miyuki-” was held at the Kyoto City KYOCERA Museum of Art, one of Japan’s most prestigious cultural venues. From this extraordinary stage structured around seven unique stories, we are pleased to introduce the special pieces that showcase a fresh, youthful sensibility—updating tradition for everyday life.
What the 【翔 -sho-】 team portrays is a spirit that is “free and light,” designed to “soar into the future through a fusion of casual wear and art.”
Driven by the desire to make the traditional technique of Sumizome more accessible and enjoyable for everyday wear, this chapter unveiled unique garments created in collaboration with three partner brands. It is a fresh proposal that leaps over the boundaries of tradition to color daily life with art.
