Connecting Dreams as a Bridge to the Future: Weaving Japanese Culture for the World
On Monday, October 12, 2026 (National Holiday), “Sumizome Artisan Miyuki -miyuki-” will participate as the “Sumizome Team” in the YOKOHAMA Arts Show Collection 2026, held at the historic Momijizaka Hall in Yokohama—a city where Japanese tradition and modernity beautifully coexist.
Marking our third consecutive year of taking on this special stage, we are dedicated to once again elevating the aesthetic spirit of Japanese culture into modern fashion, creating a supreme runway that stirs the hearts of all who watch.
We are pleased to announce the opening of model registration for those who wish to join us on this grand stage and express the art of Sumizome (ink-dyeing) with their entire being.
A Special Day of Intersecting Fashion, Culture, and Art
The YOKOHAMA Arts Show Collection 2026 is a one-day-only special stage where Japanese culture, fashion, and art merge exquisitely.
Guided by the event’s philosophy—”creating new modes of expression by encouraging artists of various forms to collaborate beyond a single method”—Miyuki’s Sumizome garments will once again breathe overwhelming tranquility and vital energy into the runway.
What you wear is not merely a garment, but the art of Sumi ink imbued with Japan’s spiritual beauty. Your individuality and dignified presence will become a new step toward the global stage. We invite you to carve an unforgettable moment on the runway with us.
