The world of sumizome that adorns the elegant stage
On June 29, 2025, at The Ritz-Carlton Osaka, a performance featuring our brand’s Sumizome Collection was presented at the “Ms. Lilibet 2025 Grand Final.”
With the cooperation of the organizer, Lilibet, a general incorporated association, the participants skillfully wore their sumi-zome costumes and put on an impressive runway performance despite the limited practice time. The costumes, which combined delicate expressions created by the shades of sumi ink with sophisticated designs, added depth to the glamorous atmosphere of the venue and captivated the audience.
I am deeply honored to have this wonderful opportunity to demonstrate the new possibilities of sumizome. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to everyone involved and to the performers for their efforts.
